• Global Orders Over £175: Enjoy free shipping.
• Global Orders Under £175: Pay only £10 for delivery.

PROCESS TO GET THE TRACKING NUMBER

Orders placed before 00:00 GMT-7 are shipped on the same day. Shipments are processed on regular business days (Monday to Friday) and not on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

It typically takes one business day to process your order and prepare it for shipping. However, processing may be delayed in the following situations:

• Insufficient or missing payment.
• Incorrect contact information.

RECEIVING ITEM DURATION

All orders are shipped via air freight.

The estimated delivery time provided by CIULA is based on standard delivery timelines. In rare cases, longer transit times may occur due to air freight delays, Customs holds, or other unforeseen complications beyond our control. If such issues arise, we’ll provide detailed updates promptly.

Calculate Your Delivery Date:

• Estimated Delivery Date = 1 day (processing time) + 3-5 working days (shipping time).

Most orders will arrive on or before the expected delivery date.

CUSTOMS OBLIGATIONS AND TAXES

Our displayed prices are tax-free and shown in GBP.

• Any export duties or Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
• These fees may need to be paid when the order reaches its destination, as determined by local Customs regulations.
