Shipping Fee Refunds:
We offer a full refund for shipping fees (or a partial refund if shipping is free) when delivery takes more than 30 days within the UK, or over 45 days to other parts of the UK.

Risk-Free Shipping:
If your package doesn’t arrive within 60 days, don’t worry—we will refund your entire order.

Lost Orders:
If your order goes missing, contact us at Ciulalash@gmail.com. Our team will investigate the issue within 3–5 business days and send you a replacement once we confirm the problem.

Product Issues Caused by CIULALASH:
If your item is defective, damaged, or missing, let us know. Please provide clear proof, such as a video of the package being opened. Once verified, we’ll take care of it by either:

• Sending a replacement,

• Issuing a full or partial refund, or

• Providing a discount coupon for your next order.

We aim to resolve such cases as quickly and fairly as possible.

Return

We do not accept returns under any circumstances, even if the package remains unopened.
This policy helps us maintain product safety and hygiene for all customers.

Exceptional Cases:
However, if you can provide proof of a manufacturing error (as outlined above), we will refund your order. In such cases, you may choose to return the item.

Disclaimer for Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct when placing your order.
Due to our strict processing times, we cannot guarantee changes or corrections after the order is confirmed.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

In the following cases, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and withdraw the package(s):

• The customer refuses to accept the shipment.

• All delivery attempts in the destination country have failed.
