Shipping Fee Refunds:
We offer a full refund for shipping fees (or a partial refund if shipping is free) when delivery takes more than 30 days within the UK, or over 45 days to other parts of the UK.

Risk-Free Shipping:
If your package doesn’t arrive within 60 days, don’t worry—we will refund your entire order.

Lost Orders:
